LET YOUR BROWS DO THE TALKING!
Have you heard about Brow Lamination? When we first heard of this new service, we thought- is this something that we really need? Is there such a desire to have big, fluffy, beautiful, Instagram worthy brows? Then- we tried it, and the answer is a resounding “YES!”
So what is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is basically a perm for your brows, as it gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time. Instead of curls, a setting lotion helps brow hair stay brushed up and lifted upward for about six weeks. Brow lamination gives the appearance of fuller, more filled in brows- and it can help fill in gaps and uneven areas in your brow hairs.
After the procedure, your eyebrows will look thicker, fuller, straighter and combed up into the ideal shape. They should look like the ultimate groomed, brushed up eyebrows. The idea is that you won’t have to use a pencil to draw in the shape anymore, you only need to fluff them a bit in the morning and your dream brows are yours!
So how does it work, you ask? The actual process starts off by applying a lifting cream onto the brow, which creates a chemical process that breaks down bonds in each hair, allowing them to be moved into a new shape. Next, the brow hairs are brushed up into place and a neutralizer is applied to reform the bonds into their new shape. Finally, a nourishing oil is added to the brows to replenish their moisture after the chemical treatment process. The entire process, combined with a brow tint and a shaping, takes about one hour.
In between appointments, it is so important to keep your newly laminated brows moisturized and soft. We recommend purchasing a Lash Moist serum to apply daily. This will also give the appearance of a very sculpted, slick brow. If you want a more fluffy, soft appearance, simply apply a facial oil to your brows at night to keep them soft.
I have become totally obsessed with the results that we see with this easy, transformational process.
